Make every future a success. Are you ready to make an impact by helping global energy companies become safer, more efficient and design better and sustainable solutions?Īs a Project Engineer in Kongsberg Maritime Riser Systems and Advanced Marine Operations you will take part in exciting projects from planning to realization by combining our industry know-how and digital solutions with high-end dynamic simulations. Make recommendations based on analysis results, engineering experience and knowledge of equipment and operations. Communicate with engineering team and customer. Computer work.ĭevelop analysis specifications and gain approval from customer. The employee must also make the quality of their work the highest priority. Therefore, the methods and results are triple checked by the team since an error could result in major project impact as well as major field failures. The equipment being designed and analyzed is safety critical equipment to the rig personnel and the environment. The candidate is expected to conduct analysis independently and communicate results, issues, progress and setbacks regularly and as they arise. The employee should make it a priority to complete work on time and within budget.
